Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Creative Stack Guild. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, virtual credits system, design courses, course levels, educational content, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") managed by [Company Name] ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, using credits to access a course level, or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using our Platform.

- 3D Design: Educational courses covering Blender basics, character modeling, product visualization, environment design, and animation in Blender
3. Course Levels & Curriculum
Our course structure is designed to provide educational content across different stages of learning. Courses are offered across four distinct levels:
- Beginner: Introductory learning focused on foundational concepts and core techniques
- Intermediate: Continued learning focused on developing knowledge and building upon foundational concepts
- Advanced: Higher-level learning covering more detailed concepts, techniques, and applications
- Expert: Further specialized learning covering in-depth concepts and advanced subject matter
Users are responsible for selecting the course and level most appropriate for their interests, existing knowledge, and learning goals. Each course level has its own credit cost, which may vary according to the selected course and level, and each course level must be accessed separately using the required number of credits shown on the Platform.
4. Account Registration & Security
To purchase credits and access courses through the Platform, you may be required to register for a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You should notify us at [Company Email] if you become aware of unauthorized access to or suspected compromise of your account.
5. The Virtual Credits System
Creative Stack Guild uses a virtual credits system through which users purchase credits using supported currency and then use available credits to access selected course levels.
- 5.1 Purchasing Credits: Credits may be purchased through the Platform using the currencies and payment options displayed at the time of purchase. Credits are separate from course access and must first be purchased before they can be used toward an eligible course level
- 5.2 Credit Exchange Rates: The amount of credits associated with a credit purchase is determined according to the pricing, conversion, and applicable credit calculation displayed through the Platform at the time of purchase.
- Credit purchase amounts are displayed before payment is completed.
- The resulting credit amount is determined according to the applicable credit calculation shown on the Platform.
- 5.3 Bonus Credits: Certain credit purchase amounts may qualify for additional credits where such an offer is displayed on the Platform. Any applicable additional credit amount is determined according to the purchase tier or offer shown at the time of the transaction
- 5.4 Credit Usage & Course Access: Credits are used when a user selects and confirms access to an eligible course level. The number of credits required varies according to the selected course and level and is displayed on the Platform. Credits are virtual units intended for use within the Platform and do not constitute currency or a bank account balance
6. Payments & Billing
Payments apply to the purchase of credits. Courses and course levels are accessed using credits rather than being purchased directly with currency. A credit purchase must be successfully processed before the corresponding credits are made available for use. Available currencies, payment options, purchase amounts, and relevant transaction details are displayed through the Platform during the purchase process. You are responsible for reviewing the transaction information before confirming payment.
7. Digital Content License
When you use the required credits to access a course level, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the applicable course materials for your own personal educational purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, or publicly display any part of our course content without express written consent from [Company Name], except where such use is expressly permitted by the Platform or applicable law.
