Course Overview

UI/UX Design

Research is what separates a design opinion from a design decision. You will plan a study with clear questions, recruit the right participants, and run interviews and usability tests without leading people to the answer you hoped for. The course covers survey design, analysing qualitative notes into themes, personas and journey maps that are grounded in evidence, and presenting findings so a team acts on them. You will also learn when a quick five person test is enough and when it is not.
